As a member of WomenBizPh, I agree to the following:

1. I consent to the collection and use by WomenBizPh of my personal data such name, company, position, and all other personal data voluntarily shared by me for purposes of publication of member identification, communication, networking, and delivery of organizational services and initiatives.

2. I understand that my information may be shared with other members for networking and collaborative opportunities.

3. I am entitled to exercise my privacy rights as provided for by the Data Privacy Act such as but not limited to the right to information, access, correct, or delete my information upon request.

4. I have read, understood, and consented to the privacy policy of WomenBizPh.

5. I support the aims and objectives of WomenBizPh as set out in its bylaws.
